Rasoi Magic Spice Mix - Paneer Bhurji About the Product Rasoi Magic Spice Mix - Paneer Bhurji 25 g Ingredients Onion, Iodised Salt, Cashew Nuts, Garlic, Coriander, Red Chilli, Refined Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Tomato, Powder, Cumin, Turmeric, Spices & Condiments. Cooking Instructions Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1/2 cup of milk to make a paste. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add finely chopped green chilli, onion and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add finely chopped capsicum, tomato & cook for 3-4 minutes. Add spice mix paste & fry til oil separates. Add 2 tbsp water & cook for 1 minute. Add crushed paneer & mix well. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot with phulka or naan.
