Fry until the onions are soft. Add vegetables, curry leaves and salt to taste. Pour in ½ cup of water and pressure cook for 2-3 minutes after the first whistle. Open the cooker and add the MAGGI Coconut Milk and simmer for 10 minutes. Adjust salt to taste. Serve hot with bread or Malabar parottas. Safety Instructions: Do not buy if the pack is puffed.
