To cook: 1. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. 2. Add thinly-sliced onions & saute them till they’re golden brown. 3. Add pureed tomatoes to the sauteed onions, and cook till the oil separates. 4. Add the marinated chicken, add salt & saute on high heat for a few mins. 5. Add some water & cook on a low flame until the right consistency. 6. Garnish with ghee, coriander and lemon juice.
