In a bowl, add the ginger & garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, rice flour and the Licious Chatpata Fish Fry Masala. 2. Massage the fish with the above mix for 1-2 mins. Add water, if required, to coat with the marination evenly. To cook: 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Add the fish and sear on each side for 4 to 5 mins. 3. Cook on a medium flame until it turns golden brown & crisp. 4. Garnish with lemon juice, chopped coriander & chat masala.
